I'm running a server and the only slot open is a PCI64 slot. I need to know if a PCI modem is compatible with a PCI64 slot.

Server is a Supermicro 5014C-MT.

Generally, vendors say that "most" 32-bit PCI cards will operate in 64-bit slots.
Should be compatible.
