Just purchased a SmartLink USB56K modem and it doesn't have a driver for my Vista64 system. It came with Vista32 but that doesn't work- anyone have an idea if this is available??

No - not available.
Smartlink is orphaned.
Purchased by Conexant which stopped all development/support for the products.
