Earthlink doesnt seem to have any idea of what is wrong and they have stopped responding to my emails over this issue. I have verified all the information you gave me and I'm still getting my proxy settings turned back on upon connecting to the Earthlink server. I have tried with and without Earthlink Accelerator. One thing I did notice, is that my connection is far worse without the accelerator program loaded. I'm completely stumped. Though, that isn't really saying much, since, I have no knowledge in computers. |
