I need the file to modernize Modem Courier Flash External V.Everything 33.6 for 56k, Clock Freq 25mhz, Device ID 00122404.

You'll need to contact 3Com or find the International Courier Flash from their website.

And you better act fast if you can still do it .... I don't know. In the US, it would now cost $ to upgrade a 33.6k to 56k Courier (they require a key), and I'm not sure if 3Com is still selling keys or not....
I believe that Euro 33.6k Couriers that didn't require hardware upgrade were offered free upgrades, but I don't know if that it still offered..... www.3com.com good luck navigating their site... Also remember, 3Com is about to get rid of USR/consumer modems, so hurry!
