| RayC Tl Posts: 1 USA | Posted - 2/3/2001 11:52:10 PM    I reinstalled Windows 95 and now my modem doesn't work. It is an OEM installed US Robotics Sportster 28.8 fax modem. The system does not recognize the modem. I have an installation disk and several drivers I downloaded from the usr website. I don't know what to do. Any ideas? |
| v.Richard Tl Posts: 6222 USA | Posted - 2/4/2001 10:24:39 AM  Check control panel->System for errors / exclamations, etc. Is your modem a Sportster WINMODEM or hardware-controller modem? If it is a Winmodem it requires OS/modem drivers. Aloha, |
