| CMJ Tl Posts: 2 USA | Posted - 3/15/2002 3:31:33 PM    Is there a way to disable ARQ without disabling error control all together? I got a USR 5686d and this ARQ gives me a lot of lag while gaming but without the error control my connection speed seems to drop any suggestions fellas ?? |

There IS an error control select command, ranging options from ARQ, Normal, and ARQ/Normal, and NONE I've tried ALL of the options on 10 numbers, they all report CONNECT 45333/V92/ARQ! Even with NONE! (shows USR's effort on the "V92 External Faxmodem" 5686D) |
