My friend has an OEM 3com WinModem, and it likes to shift between 49333 and 52000. I tried my LT WinModem, it shifts between 45333 and 48000. I limited connect speeds on both of them, and it would first connect at 40000, then shift all the way up to 49333, and do the same thing again!!! +MS=V34,0 (s32=98) "fixed" the problem, but my friend, as you imagine, is the most displeased of a 28.8 connect!! |
