Please someone suggest me the right way to transfer ASCII data to the remote fax using AT commands. utility of AT+FTM and auto-answer(ATS0=1)?? how storage telephone number in Hyperteminal (AT&Z1=num does not work)?? well........thank you very much |

You need to convert what you want to send to fax format, and send it with fax software - not Hyperterminal. Most fax software gives you the ability to 'print' anything to the fax format. Aloha! D = dial command You can use Hyperterminal to set modem to fax modem, you can use Hyperterminal to dial another (fax) modem; but, once connected, the only data that will be meaningful to the other end is a properly formatted fax bitmap - forget trying to send text.
