jbundy Tl Posts: 1 USA | Posted - 4/15/2004 5:10:03 PM I have a new (2 month old HP) that came with an Agere Win Modem V.92 with MoH. (This is according to HP Customer Support). My ISP supports MoH. My incoming callers receive a busy signal and I am unaware of the calls. I am new to all this "computer stuff", so could someone help me? I was told I might need to install some software, but what and how? I really would like to activate this feature. Help! gjb |

This is usually done by dialing a code (*70) in front of the phone number to your ISP. Check phone number being dialed - www.modemsite.com/56k/connectoid.asp Once that issue is resolved, you'll need Modem on Hold applet - ask HP where that is - it's also available from Modemsite's Premium Download Area - Aloha!
