HI there. I am trying desperately to find any software that will allow me to generate a voice call over a voice modem, from a pre-recorded wav file. I am trying to integrate a Network Management system, so that when an alert goes off, the system can make a voice call to pre-defined number, and then play a pre-recorded message.

if anyone knows of any software for Windows that will allow me to make a voice call from a voice modem I would be OH SOOO apreciative. I am not expecting this software to be free, but am having loads of trouble finding anything that can do it.

I'm using exeletel objects
it's exelent software and you can put them into VB6 or C++
and it takes around 10 seconds to create fully functioning voice application

they also provice demo version
