bugged Tl Posts: 4 USA | Posted - 8/13/2005 8:22:54 AM I am trying to find a driver for a Conexant MDC d480 modem (aka SoftK56V) that would give this modem voice capability. I have read posts on other forums that have indicated that since this is a soft modem, it might be possible to get voice capability with the proper driver. Any ideas would be appreciated. The ATi3 command currently returns B2.1_V7.23.01. |

It states the following information: In addition to V.92, the Conexant D480 MDC V.92 modem has the following features: * V.92, V.90, and K56flex modes for fast Internet connection I want to be able to use my laptop as a conference phone, using a headset with a built-in mike for talking. My understanding was that the modem needed to support voice in order to do this. What am I missing? |
