sitopons Tl Posts: 1 USA | Posted - 1/13/2006 12:24:07 PM Hello, I have recently asked for a new line and I am to figure out how to connect my internal wire to the box , the box looks like a 66 box it has rows and columns of pins where the wire gets trapped, my question is how do I know which wire goes where I have one cable with 4 wires (red, green, black and yellow), and there are 2 available rows with 6 pins on each row. Can anyone help me??? thanx |

Hook it up, test with regular phone set. Or, use jumper cables to a rj11 jack to verify. (Normally, I would expect the installer to identify for you where the line connection is.... Is this a residence? Doesn't sound like a "normal" demarc....) Aloha! Richard. |
