Wow, I hope someone can help me.... I've just switched to a new ISP, and I've been trying for 2 days straight to get my MOH to work, no luck. I've read the help pages, but I'm not a pro, so I can only go so far. I've tried a new init string that someone at the new ISP gave me, here when I checked, I think he might have given me just a part of one.

My MOH and caller ID worked fine with the old ISP, BTW. Let me know what details you need, and I'll get them for you... THANK YOU!

Other than creating a new, or modifying the old connectoid for the new ISP phone #, you should not have to do anything to make MoH work when switching ISPs. Chances are you are calling a number/modem that does not support MoH.

You can post your modemlog if you want me to take further look -

Aloha! Richard.

Thanks... I figured it out. It was shutting off the call waiting by dialing *70.
