Gemaki Tl Posts: 2 USA | Posted - 3/13/2006 12:04:45 PM Wow, I hope someone can help me.... I've just switched to a new ISP, and I've been trying for 2 days straight to get my MOH to work, no luck. I've read the help pages, but I'm not a pro, so I can only go so far. I've tried a new init string that someone at the new ISP gave me, here when I checked, I think he might have given me just a part of one. My MOH and caller ID worked fine with the old ISP, BTW. Let me know what details you need, and I'll get them for you... THANK YOU! |
v.Richard Tl Posts: 6222 USA | Posted - 3/14/2006 9:52:40 PM Other than creating a new, or modifying the old connectoid for the new ISP phone #, you should not have to do anything to make MoH work when switching ISPs. Chances are you are calling a number/modem that does not support MoH. You can post your modemlog if you want me to take further look - Aloha! Richard. |
