| damonetti Tl Posts: 1 USA | Posted - 5/6/2006 12:58:02 PM    Hello, I am having trouble getting either Phone Tray or Audio Caller Id to work with my hp pavillion 533 w Win XP, Agere Win Modem. I updated it but no luck (Agere V.92 Data + Fax modem version 8.31) The Audio caller program detects that the modem is compatible with the program. Through the hyperlink window I can confirm that the AT+VCID=1 & AT+VCID=2 ARE OK, but when a call is received it only displays RING. I've entered the strings in the modem's initialization box (with and without the AT) and still nothing. I am quite sure from reading around, that people do get this to work with this modem. How do I do It? Thanks. Damonetti. |
