| nikos123 Tl Posts: 1 Greece | Posted - 7/27/2006 6:12:31 AM    I have the 5633 modem of USR. I tried some soft-phone programs that dispay callerID when a call is incomning. The problem is that the modem misses some calls.(Shows the call without callerID).If i call 10 times the number will be displayed 5-8 times. I tried also the hyperterminal. the string command that enables callerID is at+vcid=1. I downloaded the drivers from the usr site but the problem remains. Does anyone knows if i must change the settings or some string command. I use this modem in Greece. Do you know any tested modem that shows always callerID.(when it is available of course) |
