| Cam Tl Posts: 2 USA | Posted - 10/15/2006 2:06:05 AM    I recently acquired a Gateway G6-400 with a US Robotics 56K voice winmodem. It can't detect the modem, I get error 630. I'm pretty certain it's software related [Windows 98 OS]. I reinstalled the driver, and it claimed it was working properly, but still could not not detect it. I tried to "Force Update the ESCD", still won't work.
