| aaron75rd Tl Posts: 5 USA | Posted - 11/5/2008 6:40:39 AM    I have installed Easy MTU on an XP pro system and I am using an Agere Win Modem with driver 8.30.0.0. When I open Easy MTU I get an error (Access violation at address 0045987C) my only option is to click OK and move on. I get to a screen that has Windows NT already highlighted and if Itry to type in an adapter name the SAME Access violation message appears. I am stuck with using the defaults and the not adapter dependent box needs to stay checked. Is there a fix or something else I need to do to use Easy MTU successfully? |
| v.Richard Tl Posts: 6222 USA | Posted - 12/10/2008 1:05:36 PM  There should not be need to use EasyMTU with XP because already has the optimizations this program was designed to do. I really don't recommend using EasyMTU on an XP Pro System. Are you having a problem that you are trying to address? Aloha! Richard. |
