I have had this problem since I signed up with this ISP(6 mo). I have to reset my password almost every time I logon. Sometimes I have to call and get an Agent to help, because my computer freezes up while I'm trying to change the password myself. I have talked to everyone I could to try to resolve this problem, ISP supervisors and agents, Microsoft, Compaq, HP, and my sister. If anyone can help I'll give you a "Yankee Dime" I have Windows XP 2000,Agere, Motorola modem, and I can give you my ISP's name if it will help. Thanks.
