I checked all the subsidiary driver files (except the ntkern.vxd and vcomm.vxd files) for both USB modem devices, under Modems and under USB devices.

wdmmdmld.vxd
usbser.sys
ccport.sys

I didn't find any "115200" or "C2 01" strings.

The following files are compiled as machine code, so I'm not able to change them, even if I could find the "0C 02" or "115200" characters.

usbser.sys
ccport.sys
vmm32.vxd (ntkern.vxd)
